My Lockdown Bike ride
Delighted with the uptake of the whole series My Lockdown walk. I decided a larger series was needed.
In keeping with the theme all should be within a 30 minute bike ride of my home.
A little poetic licence has been used, a few of other cachers hides were along my intended route so a small off bike detour may be required. The majority follow some quite busy roads and country roads with Fast traffic so please take care.
Please carry spare logs, if its wet, please replace the log. Its’s Pendle we get a lot of wet weather. If the cache itself is missing I will replace ASAP.
Catlow Bottoms is a popular picnic spot for the people of Nelson and there are some pleasant trails too. It's a peaceful place to visit, with wildlife spotting opportunities. Stepping stones provide a brook crossing for those on foot, while the road fords the stream. At this point, Catlow Brook provides the boundary between the districts of Burnley and Pendle.
Should be an unassuming and regular cache.
It is small in size, log only, so please bring your own pen.
Gift or swap for first child to find
Appreciate photos in logs of views showing the changing seasons.

Stealth required its very close to housing, road, tourist attraction ford
This cache is NOT hidden in a wall no stones in the wall need to be removed or moved to find it
