LT: Sugiñčiai, kaimas Molėtų r. savivaldybės teritorijoje, 13 km į šiaurės rytus nuo Molėtų. Pro Suginčius eina Utenos–Molėtų plentas. Kaime yra Šv. Kryžiaus Atradimo bažnyčia, bendrosios praktikos gydytojo kabinetas, pagrindinė mokykla (1912–49 pradinė, 1949–56 septynmetė, 1956–2014 vidurinė), vaikų darželis, biblioteka (įkurta 1949). Prie kaimo yra Suginčių piliakalnis.
Istorijos šaltiniuose pirmą kartą paminėti 1554. 17 a. minimas Suginčių kaimas ir dvaras. 1674–1740 priklausė Šolkovskiams, 19 a. – Michalovskiams.
1884 Suginčiuose palaidota M. Billewicz Piłsudska, J. Piłsudskio motina (1936 perlaidota Vilniuje). Čia 1895–98 kunigavo ir buvo palaidotas aušrininkas J. Lideikis.
Nepriklausomybės metais buvo paštas, pieno nugriebimo punktas, veikė Lietuvos šaulių sąjungos skyrius. 1944 07, vykstant mūšiui, išdegė Suginčių centras. 1945 05 20 vyko Lietuvos partizanų ir sovietų kariuomenės kautynės. Sovietų okupacijos metais Suginčiai buvo apylinkės centras, kolūkio centrinė gyvenvietė.
2025-04-01 patvirtintas Suginčių herbas. Skydas ketvirčiuotas, pirmas ir antras laukai nuo trečio ir ketvirto laukų atskirti banguota linija. Pirmajame ir trečiajame sidabriniuose laukuose po žalią leliją, antrajame ir trečiajame žaliuose laukuose po sidabrinę leliją. Visuose laukuose lelijų apačia orientuota į skydo širdį. Lelijos simbolizuoja vietos sodybų žydėjimą ir klestėjimą, jos būdingos lietuvių liaudies tradicijai (vaizduotos ant skrynių, audinių ir kt.). Banguota linija ir sidabriniai laukai simbolizuoja seniūnijoje tyvuliuojančius ežerus, žalia spalva – gamtos grožį, aplink seniūniją besidriekiančius miškus.

On July 1944, during the battle, the center of Suginčiai burned down. On May 20, 1945, battles between Lithuanian partisans and the Soviet army took place. During the Soviet occupation, Suginčiai was the center of the district, the central settlement of the collective farm.
On April 1, 2025, the coat of arms of Suginčiai was approved. The shield is quartered, the first and second fields are separated from the third and fourth fields by a wavy line. In the first and third silver fields, a green lily, in the second and third green fields, a silver lily. In all fields, the bottom of the lilies is oriented towards the heart of the shield. Lilies symbolize the flowering and prosperity of local homesteads, they are characteristic of Lithuanian folk tradition (depicted on chests, fabrics, etc.). The wavy line and silver fields symbolize the lakes in the eldership, the green color - the beauty of nature, the forests surrounding the eldership.
