This is another geocache in my fledgling Rail Trail series along the former E&N corridor. By now you might be ready for a little bit of geocaching trivia. Since this is a Mystery Cache type, Geocaching stipulates that you must be able to solve the puzzle behind this Mystery at home so these questions shouldn't be too difficult to answer. After all, geocachers have access to the world at their fingertips, right?
Q1. What date was the origin behind Big Blue Switch Day? A = the first digit of that calendar day.
Q2. What perishable swag was placed in the original stash? B = How many letters are there in the last word (there are 3 words) of the answer?
Q3. We know there is a cache on the International Space Station. C = what is the locker number where the container is stored?
OK, You're done! That was easy, right?
Of course not - that would ruin my reputation!!!
So here are your instructions: Substitute the values you found for their matching letters in this matrix: N 49 18.(C-42) W 124 17.A3B
REMEMBER! THIS IS A MYSTERY CACHE TYPE SO YOU WILL NOT FIND THE CACHE AT THE POSTED COORDINATES SO DON'T EVEN TRY TO GET THERE! YOU MUST SOLVE THE PUZZLE ABOVE TO FIND THE COORDINATES WHERE YOU CAN FIND THE CACHE.
Once you have the coordinates you think MIGHT be correct plug them ino the checker then cross your fingers and hope for one of these:
then go find the cache!!
