Limnigrafická stanice je místem se zařízením k pozorování vodního stavu v hlásném profilu vodního toku vybaveném limnigrafem, tedy přístrojem k měření a registraci výšky hladiny vodního toku. Součástí je vodočetná lať, která slouží ke kontrole a k seřízení limnigrafu.
Dříve se používaly obsluhované limnigrafické přístroje s mechanickým zápisem na limnigrafický papír. Dnes máme automatické limnigrafické přístroje s elektronickým záznamem a dálkovým přenosem dat.
Z vodního stavu (v cm) lze na základě měrné křivky průtoku daného hlásného profilu určit velikost průtoku vody (v m3/s).

- Najděte na stanici dvě cedulky týkající se povodní ve tvaru AB.CDEF a GH.I.JKLM.
- Dále zde najdete dvě limnigrafické latě (vodočty), které na sebe číselně navazují. Na jedné z nich je místo jednoho čísla římská číslice, její hodnota je N.

Limnigraphic station – Opavice River

A limnigraphic station is a place with equipment for observing the water level in the flood monitoring point of a watercourse equipped with a limnigraph, i.e. a device for measuring and registering the height of the watercourse level. It includes a water-flowing staff, which is used to check and adjust the limnigraph.
Previously, operated limnigraphic devices with mechanical recording on limnigraphic paper were used. Today, we have automatic limnigraphic devices with electronic recording and remote data transmission.
From the water level (in cm), the water flow rate (in m3/s) can be determined based on the flow rate curve of the given flood monitoring point.

- Find two flood signs (POVODEŇ) at the station with the record in the form AB.CDEF and GH.I.JKLM.
- You will also find two limnigraphic bars (water level bar) that are numerically connected to each other. On one of them, instead of a single number, there is a Roman numeral, its value is N.
