The Seattle Thunderbirds and Portland Winterhawks have been rivals as far back as the 1980s. Thunderbirds fans will affectionately chant "Portland Sucks" whenever the Winterhawks are in town. You may also hear/see, "Portland, you're literally beneath us!", which relates to the geographical location of the two teams.
