No way, it's condensed milk day! On this day in 1853, Gail Borden, a land surveyor, filed the first patent for a process to remove the water and sweeten milk into what we know today as condensed milk.

 

I'll be bringing a dessert that includes condensed milk for the occasion. Please join me in a slightly different spot near Geocaching HQ for a celebration!
