光華國小位於新莊區西盛段，校地面積約2.66公頃，校舍分四期興建，計有八棟大樓，分別為一心、二聖、三民、四維、五育、六藝、七賢及八德樓。於106學年度開始，陸續完成操場跑道重新鋪設及校舍結構補強工程，於108學年度開始施行新課綱並完成全校教師公開授課，讓校園軟硬體臻至完善。為提供學生多樣的舞台與揮灑的空間，學生社團種類多元，包括管樂團、直笛團、國樂團、合唱團等音樂性社團，游泳隊、武術隊、棒球隊、羽球隊、田徑隊、大鼓隊等體育性社團，參加各項比賽，成績亮眼。

Guanghua Elementary School is located in the Xisheng section of Xinzhuang District. The campus covers an area of approximately 2.66 hectares. The school buildings were constructed in four phases, consisting of eight buildings: Yixin, Ersheng, Sanmin, Siwei, Wuyu, Liuyi, Qixian, and Bade Buildings.
Starting from the 2017 academic year, the school successively completed the resurfacing of the athletic track and the structural reinforcement of the campus buildings. In the 2019 academic year, the new curriculum guidelines were implemented, and all teachers completed open classroom teaching, bringing both the hardware and software of the campus to a high level of development.
To provide students with diverse platforms and opportunities for expression, the school offers a wide range of clubs, including music-related groups such as the wind band, recorder ensemble, traditional Chinese orchestra, and choir, as well as sports teams such as swimming, martial arts, baseball, badminton, track and field, and drum team. These teams have achieved outstanding results in various competitions.
