The Spa Chapel – currently the Church of St. Iwo – was erected in 1895 according to a design by the Austrian architect Favorger, and built by Franciszek Nader from Lviv. The temple is located at the foot of the forested Mount Borowinowa. It is a unique example of wooden spa architecture with Neo-Gothic features, characterized by its open roof truss and a ridge turret.
