Geocache Description:

Aspen and I spend a lot of time out exploring the woods together, but there’s one tiny creature that completely ruins her calm nature… bees.

All it takes is the faint “bzzzzzz” of wings in the air and my sweet, adventurous pup instantly forgets all about sniffing trails and enjoying the scenery. Instead, she goes into full stir-crazy mode—spinning, darting, and looking around like the sky is falling. You’d think the bees were chasing her personally!

This cache is a little tribute to Aspen’s hilarious overreaction to the tiny buzz-makers that inhabit so many beautiful outdoor places. While she may never fully relax around them, I like to think this spot is a reminder that even the things that make us a little nervous can still be part of a blissful day outdoors.

Take a moment to enjoy the surroundings, listen closely… and if you hear a bzzzz, don’t worry—Aspens probably keeping watch. 🐶🐝

Inside the cache you’ll also find a few nature-inspired little treasures for trading or taking, including:

🌼 Spreadable wildflower seeds to help the bees Aspen fears so much

🌸 Pressed flowers

💎 Small crystals

If you take something, feel free to leave a small trinket for the next cacher.

Happy caching!
