A pullout connects to an old road bed with a gate in the fence. If you are going uphill, the pullout is across from a 15 mph s-curve sign. If you are going downhill, the pullout is after a 25 mph squiggly curve sign. Follow the old road through the gate and a few hundred feet to the cache. You are looking for a tin that is bigger than an altoids but smaller than a fruitcake.
