This is a high-muggle area, so I reccommend finding this cache at night to avoid 'em.

Starting at the LPC in the middle, marked using the larger red dot, go to the next LPC in the said direction (the other LPCs are marked by smaller red dots). You don't need to lift up any skirts other than the final. Message me if you have any questions 👍
