You will have to visit the post office in Jericho and get clues from the post office boxes to obtain the coordinates for the final location. The rooms with the post office boxes are open from Monday - Friday from 7:30 - 5:00 and on Saturdau from 8:00 - 11:00.
There are four bays of boxes. Bay 1 is found as you enter the building. Bays 2, 3, and 4 are to the left. Bay 1 starts with box number 00 in the upper left corner. Bay 2 is the group of large boxes. Bay 3 starts with the number 400 in the upper left corner. Bay 4 starts with the number 210 in the upper left corner.
The numbers you must find are given by the three digit clues below. The clues are formatted as bay, row, column. Rows are horizontal. Columns are vertical. Both start on the top left of each bay. Thus if a clue was 3,2,5 you would look for a box in bay 3, then find the 2nd row and the 5th column. You would find box number 441 in that position.
