WELCOME TO BALCANTHEZ INDUSTRIES SECRET MESSAGE! THIS IS A NIGHT CACHE!

Your mission, if you decide to accept, is to get to the log. Bring your own pen.

 

Secret messages have been used throughout the ages. They have taken many forms: scrambled text, ciphers, symbols, and codes. This is one such way to have secret messages in the open. Use the cache to read the message and get to the log. 

Everything you need to see the secret message is provided. You just need to be observant and figure this cache out. Daytime will hide the cache information, so do this at night!
