Come Meet the Arizonans & have some Ice Cream!
We have some geocachers from Arizona visiting. Let's share some ice cream that won't melt nearly as fast as it does in Arizona! We'll visit the Whitemarsh location so we don't have to wait in a long line (and that's the area our guests will staying)!
When: Sunday, May 17, from 1:00-1:30 PM.
Where: Leopold's Ice Cream, 107 Charlotte Rd, Savannah, GA 31410
What: All geocachers are invited to meet & greet & eat with other local geocachers, regardless of where you live or how much geocaching experience you have. There is no membership, and you are NOT required to purchase food or beverage from the restaurant.
Please log your attendance with a "Will Attend" as soon as you can and include how many people will be coming with you so that the host and restaurant can be prepared to accommodate our group.
About SAGE: A group of cachers from Savannah and the surrounding area has been working to put on events, CITOs, and hide caches in new areas. SAGE2023 (Savannah Geocaching) moniker was created to bring cachers together! We iost "Meet & Greet" events, and have informative meetings, CITO events, flash mob events, and other group events. The goal is to get to know the other geocachers in our community and have a good time sharing stories. And, finally, put faces with the names you keep seeing in the logs!
