This cache has been placed in honor of my daughter's cat, Coraline. Cora is a wonderful companion who welcomes her after a hard day at work, curls up with her when she reads a book and is always up for a cuddle. She has a fluffy black coat, four white paws and big, beautiful green eyes. Her ears are stunted from being left out in the cold of Dryden, Ontario where she was discovered outside of the animal shelter there. She was then sent to the Sudbury OSPCA where we drove up to adopt her. She has short, little legs that keep her from leaping onto forbidden places and a miaow that sounds more like a croak. She is quite unique all around and it is hard to imagine life without her.
You are looking for a small container which lends itself to the theme of this cache. It is hidden a couple of meters off the trail. The trail winds its way through the Happy Valley Forest and is a wonderful walk with giant trees overhead providing cooling shade in the summer months. Do watch for tripping hazards such as rocks and roots.
I had trouble getting my gps to commit to a GZ when I was off the trail so the co-ordinates were taken on the edge of the trail.
