Hey Everyone!
Once again we are planning to head downtown to the the riverfront on the Chippewa and Eau Claire rivers in Phoenix Park for tasty lunchtime treats. Eau Claire's Food Truck Friday continues to be a great event with a bunch of trucks offering culinary delights and stunning views of the confluence of the Chippewa and Eau Claire rivers.
This will be our fourth year gathering and many of our favorite trucks are returning with everything from BBQ, pierogis, pizza, street tacos and greek fare. New vendors include a truck with decadent sweet treats offering a multitude of cheesecake flavors, cookies and dessert bars. And one with fresh squeezed lemonade and variety of refreshers.
Come join us as we celebrate food, friends and fun!
The coordinates will lead you to the Phoenix Park kiosk near where the Farmer's Market is held. After meeting and some schmoozing, we will wind our way over to the Food Trucks before the lines become too long and settle in for lunch along the Chippewa River.
