Founded in 1972, Longtan Nantian Temple is situated on an artificial island in the center of Longtan Lake in Taoyuan City. It is a renowned local temple that integrates the three religions of Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism, serving as the largest religious center in the Longtan District. The temple primarily enshrines Guan Gong (the God of War), Guanyin Bodhisattva, and the Jade Emperor. Featuring a magnificent architectural style, the temple is connected to the shore by its classic zigzag bridge and a suspension bridge, making it a popular spot for enjoying breathtaking lake views and the sunset.
