Granite Island is around 62 acres and is one of the most recognised ecological attractions in Victor Harbor due to its unusual granite formations with crashing white waves, elevated views, flora and fauna, and walking trails that provide outstanding panoramic coastal views.
I will be in town for a few days, attending a work conference. Join me at the end of the causeway as we walk a 1.5km anti-clockwise loop of the island to collect any rubbish we can find. Please bring rubbish bags, gloves, a water bottle and anything else you may require.
Please note access is only possible via the approximately 650m long pedestrianised causeway. Parking is available on the Northern end of the causeway (see additional waypoint).
For your efforts, attending the event will grant you the Equinox Souvenir and the CITO Season 2 Souvenir.
