The Nelson Farm Trail is the longest trail segment at the park (3.7 miles), and one of the newest trails at Willow River State park. There is plenty of variety on this trail, including hills, prairies, and plenty of views of the river and Little Falls lake. This cache is in the midst of that trail. Cache is quite close to the trail, so use stealth as requied.
The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to Aaron L. Mason, Park Superintendent at Willow River State Park. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources managed lands require permission by means of a notification form. Please print out a paper copy of the notification form, fill in all required information, then submit it to the land manager.
