You may sign the log at any time and post a note on the cache page. Any "found it" logs that don't qualify will be deleted. There is a challenge checker you can run to see if you qualify.

Most geocachers celebrate a good caching day.
Some celebrate a good caching month.
But a select few… chase every single day of the year.
This challenge is for the dedicated seekers who have slowly filled in the calendar squares one cache at a time — through blazing summer heat, frozen winter fingers, muddy spring trails, windy autumn evenings, lunch-break park grabs, midnight lamp-post hunts, and “I’m only getting one cache today” adventures that somehow turned into twelve.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
Find at least one geocache hidden on every date of the calendar year from January 1 through December 31.
That means you must have found caches with hidden dates covering all 365 calendar days.
Examples:
A cache hidden on January 1
A cache hidden on February 14
A cache hidden on October 31
A cache hidden on December 31
Repeat dates do not matter.
Leap Day (February 29) is not required. We’re crazy… but not that crazy.
This challenge celebrates the cache owners who hide year-round and the geocachers who appreciate the history hidden behind every “Placed By” date. Somewhere out there is a cache representing every day of the year — and now it’s your job to find them all.
Will some dates be easy? Absolutely.
Will there be one random day like September 19th that somehow becomes your nemesis for three years? Also absolutely.
Along the way you may:

Discover ancient forgotten caches
Realize cache owners apparently never hide caches in February
Celebrate finally finding that elusive missing calendar square
Develop an unhealthy relationship with hidden-date filters
But in the end, you’ll earn something beautiful:
A completely filled calendar of geocaching history.
Challenge Requirements
You must find caches hidden on all 365 non-leap-year calendar dates.
The cache hide date counts, not your find date.
Any cache type counts unless otherwise restricted by local guidelines.
Leap Day (February 29) is not required.
Previous finds count.
You may use project-gc or other tracking tools to verify qualification.
Now get out there and start hunting for those missing dates.
The calendar is waiting.
