Don't be a Grouch!

Welcome to the trail, where fresh air, muddy shoes, bird songs, and geocaching adventures are encouraged.

There is, however, one very important trail rule: No grouchiness permitted.

That’s right. Grumbling, excessive complaining, dramatic sighing, and declaring “Are we there yet?” within the first five minutes are strictly discouraged. This trail is a designated good-mood zone, and all visitors are asked to bring their best sense of humor, a little patience, and maybe a snack just in case.

As you search for this cache, take a moment to enjoy the trail around you. Notice the trees, listen for wildlife, wave to fellow trail users, and remember that every DNFs, muddy puddle, wrong turn, and mosquito encounter is just part of the adventure.

To claim this cache, you do not need to be perfectly cheerful… but you should at least try to leave a little less grouchy than when you arrived.
