Geocache Description:

Welcome to Seaton Bay, a stunning, mile-long shingle and sand beach in East Devon, England. It sits on the edge of the UNESCO Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site and is ideal for swimming, water sports like kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding, and coastal walks.

We ended up living on Seaton seafront after spending many years living abroad in 2 different countries. If you can work out these countries, then you can hopefully work out the final co-ordinates for the cache. There is no container at the posted headline co-ordinates.

Country 1

Year that the island was first permanently settled by the English = AB09

Country 2

Year that the country was handed over by the United Kindgom = 19CD

Checksum A+B+C+D=23

Co-ordinates for the final cache are N 50 42.(C-D)AB  W 003 03.BDA

Code for opening the container = ABCD. If the logsheet isn't signed, the log will be deleted.

The cache is placed with the permission of the house owner. There is room for small trackables in the container.
