Hello, friend! You've found the Athmar Library garden and Frog has too!

Before we go looking for our friend Frog, we should stop and admire the special "spinning tree" he told us about. Go to the posted coords so you can admire the tree blowing in the wind. Please note the color of it's "trunk".

Now it's time to find Frog. Go toward the building and walk through the main portal and head straight back. He'll be waiting for you at, well, FROG level.

There's our friend, keeping watch near the back wall like always. He's just sitting cheerfully by the garden path, waiting for his friend Toad to arrive, but don't worry, he loves all of his special visitors.

There's only one problem.

Toad left a treasure box to share with Frog and their friends (you) but forgot to tell Frog the secret code to open it!

Poor Toad! He left something wonderful inside to share: a special logbook where friends leave their names, and tiny treasures for trading, but Frog can't get in without your help!

Can you solve the pattern below? Toad left a clue for anyone clever enough to read it:

Study it carefully...

Each set of symbols (between a set of dots) represents one numeric digit. You should now have four digits in total. Take the first digit only and subtract from it the number letters in the color of the trunk of the special spinning tree outside.

Once you've done that, use the four digits to unlock the special treasure box.  Enter them in order and click! The secret is yours!

Once you've unlocked it, please sign the logbook and take something if you'd like (but leave something too!). When you're done, re-lock the container (the container and lid line up by the top and bottom arrows). Be sure to scramble the dials after closing so Toad's next visitor gets to solve the mystery fresh.
