The cache is not at the posted coordinates which are inside the Delaware I-95 rest stop main building. The cache is hidden somewhere in the rest area but not inside of a building. For this cache you will need a GPS with Wherigo capabilities or a Smart phone.
This is a reverse wherigo cache! It can be found using the "The Reverse Cache" cartridge available HERE. When it asks for a language put in "en" for English.
