Lieutenant Colonel Ryan Nowlin is the current director of "the President's Own" Marine Corps Band, being the 29th in all. He leads the band during presidential innagurations, state dinners, and other important government events. He first joined the band in 2010 as a staff arranger, and he was the Assistant Director in 2014 and the Associate Director/Executive Officer in 2018.
We don't know him personally, but he has probably played these tunes at least once before. This puzzle should probably be easy, theres only so many options.
