Geocache Description:

This cache is a small plastic box hidden somewhere... This is Pymble Soldiers Memorial Park, a wonderful, little park that gives great views and is a great park for dogs. There are many benches and interesting signs around the park including a statue in the front of the park. I suggest bringing tweezers to help get the log out but it isn't always necessary. Please use natural camouflage and cover the cache up again. BYOP and have fun caching!

Pymble Soldiers Memorial Park is a beautifully landscaped garden located in Sydney's Upper North Shore. It was officially opened on 9 March 1929, in honour of those who served in the First World War. The park is accessed via a sandstone arch, which faces Mona Vale Road. A flagstone pathway starts at the arch and continues through the garden, to a seating area covered with a pergola. Along the path are a sandstone drinking fountain and a directional dial, which shows the distances to landmarks visible from the park. Located on the grounds is a metal information panel, which gives a brief history of the park and the dial.
