Whispers from the Mast

After spending time exploring the Brampton Valley Way, Captain Barnacle Pete and Kevin began their journey home. Before long they arrived at Whispers from the Mast, where a tall pole stood watching over the countryside. As the breeze drifted across the fields, Pete became convinced he could hear distant voices carried upon the wind. "Old sailors sharing tales from far-off seas," he insisted. Kevin listened carefully before replying, "Either that or it's just the wind, Captain." Pete preferred his version of events and left satisfied that he had uncovered yet another maritime mystery far from the coast.
