It's the third installment of my 0-1-2 event series! This year it's Tuesday 06/16/26. We'll meet at La Habra's Vin Scully Centennial Park (formerly known as Vista Grande Park), which is another of the recently renovated parks in La Habra. This park features a dog park with separate spaces for small and large dogs; an accessible playground; a native plants garden; a large grassy field; a great view of Mt. Baldy and the eastern end of the San Gabriels on clear days; a walking path and exercise circuit; basketball, volleyball, and pickleball courts; picnic tables; plentiful parking; and restrooms. Unfortunately there is very little shade in the developed part of the park, so bring a hat and sunscreen, and hope for not-too-hot weather!
