Grill With a View VII: Ricketts Point After Party Event Cache

This cache has been archived.

Earthbound Chief: An excellent turnout, thanks to all who came.
Don't forget our next event to Celebrate International Talk Like a Pirate Day https://coord.info/GCBVHFG
We be swabbin’ the foreshore of its rubbish first, then droppin’ anchor for a feast fit for the roughest o’ buccaneers:

🏴‍☠️ BBQ’d dim sims — sturdy as hardtack, twice as tasty
🏴‍☠️ Snags in bread, drowned in tomato sauce (a pirate without sauce be just a sad man in a hat)

No cutlery aboard — cutlery be for the Navy toffs!
See you thar!

Did someone say Dimmies? Yep, you’ve earned it!

After an hour helping protect one of Melbourne’s most beautiful marine environments, it’s time to relax and enjoy some great company

Join fellow geocachers as we swap stories from the morning’s CITO, talk caches, share travel plans and simply enjoy the beautiful surroundings overlooking Port Phillip Bay.

We’ll have the BBQ fired up with dimmies and snags ready to go.

Just bring your own drink, your appetite, and your favourite geocaching tale.

Whether you joined the CITO or you’re coming along just for the social event, everyone is welcome. It’s a great opportunity to meet local and visiting geocachers in a relaxed setting.

Join us for just good food, good conversation and a great community.
