Welcome to the 2026 Albany Geocoin Challenge!
The event will kickoff at 9:45 at Bryant Park with some time to sign the log and visit with other cachers. This is a family friendly event and fun for all ages! Announcements will begin at 10:00 am, followed by passport distribution. The coin challenge will include both traditional caches and Adventure Labs, so be sure to download the Adventure Lab app if you haven't already! Some of the Ad Lab stages will require scanning a QR code to pull up a video focusing on the history of the building. We'll have a practice QR code at the event on Friday night and again on Saturday morning.
Once you have visited each location and filled out the passport, you can return to Bryant Park to pick up your coin, until 4:00pm. One coin per household please. Any passports completed after 4:00pm on Saturday can be turned in for your coin at Comfort Suites Linn County (100 Opal Court NE) starting Sunday morning while supplies last.
For those unable to make the event, passports and coins will be available at Comfort Suites beginning on Sunday morning, while supplies last.
