L'EVENTO:
Una sera che profuma di brace, legna e inizio estate,
il sole che scende piano,
2 chiacchiere leggere mentre la griglia fa il suo dovere,
nessuna fretta di rincorrere un FTF,
solo qualche risata, un piatto condiviso e
il piacere semplice di ritrovarsi attorno a qualcosa di buono.
Per questo evento sognamo una piccola piccola grigliata di inizio estate:
no metteremo a disposizione una base da grigliare e di bevande,
ma l'idea è quella del buffet canadien: ognuno porta qualcosa da condividere,
senza complicarsi troppo la vita.
Un insalata, un dolce, qualcosa da mettere sulla griglia, pane salse, snack, bibite,...
tutto quello che può far piacere e completare la tavola sarà benaccetto.
E poi chissà...
magari tra una chiacchiera e una costina parte anche una partita di bocce.
INFORMAZIONI UTILI:
L'evento si terrà sabato 4 luglio, a partire dalle 16:00
Per organizzarci meglio sulle quantità vi chiediamo di iscrivervi entro il 24 giugno
indicando in quanti parteciperete e se possibile cosa pensate di portare.
L'orario di fine è puramente indicativo:
come sempre, chi vorrà fermarsi ancora un po' per due chiacchiere sarà il benvenuto.
Noi prevediamo una piccola base di costine e bevande varie,
ma cibarie aggiuntive e coplementari sono più che benaccette.
Consigliamo di portare con sé quello che può rendere comoda la serata:
Una giacchetta se rinfresca o dovesse piovere, una pila se ci si ferma fino a tardi e
naturalmente, tanta voglia di condividere un momento assieme.

THE EVENT:
An evening filled with the scent of embers, wood, and early summer,
the sun slowly setting,
light conversation while the grill does its job,
no rush to chase a FTF,
just a few laughs, a shared meal, and
the simple pleasure of gathering around something delicious.
For this event, we’re dreaming of a tiny early-summer barbecue:
we’ll provide a grill and drinks, but the idea is a potluck:
everyone brings something to share, without overcomplicating things.
A salad, a dessert, something to put on the grill, bread, sauces, snacks, drinks...
anything that might be enjoyed and round out the spread is welcome.
And then who knows...
maybe between a chat and a rib, a game of bocce will break out.
USEFUL INFORMATION:
The event will take place on Saturday, July the 4th, starting at 4:00 PM
To help us better plan the quantities, we ask that you RSVP before june the 24th
by indicating how many people will be attending and, if possible, what you plan to bring.
The end time is purely approximate:
as always, anyone who wants to stay a little longer for a chat is welcome to do so.
We’ll provide a small spread of ribs and various drinks,
but additional food and drinks are more than welcome.
We recommend bringing whatever will make the evening comfortable:
A jacket in case it gets chilly, or a jacket if it rains; a sweater if you stay late, and
of course, a desire to share a moment together.
