As always drive carefully, yielding to logging trucks. Follow all posted rules and regulations in the Stott Mountain Travel Management Area. The area contains privately owned and managed forest lands that may be gated off during high fire danger season. You can call the Salem area BLM at 503-375-5646 to check. Also let someone know where you are going and when you will return.
