This cache has been placed by Municipality Of Tweed with the help of PhotoCrasher.
The Moira Memorial Garden is located at the north end of the village and is maintained by the Tweed Horticultural Society. The cache can be found on the outer edges. Though closer to highway 37, it is safer to park off Moira Street at the entrance to the park.
