The geocache IS at the posted coordinates, BUT, you must meet the qualifications before logging your find on the cache page. You may stop and sign the log at anytime, and leave a "write note" log until you meet the required qualifications.
In order to claim a find on this cache, you will need to complete one full line in either your Difficulty, or your Terrain fizzy grid, with at least one find for each box along that lin. Or, you may qualify with either of the diagnal lines that create a full row, all finds being Letterbox Hybrid Caches.
