The mono-alphabetic substitution cipher (MASC) is easily broken. Websites such as quipqiup will do it for you. So what can be done to strengthen a MASC? I thought of three things. They are present in the ciphertext below.

I have left the spaces in there. The spaces in the ciphertext are the same as in the spaces in the plaintext. That is, spaces represent true word boundaries.
The plaintext and the title of this cache go together. I wanted to focus on a particular person who, in my opinion, is better than Bradman.
The three things that I have done to the plaintext have been applied consistently. These three things are not too crazy.
The answer for Certitude is not a set of coordinates. The answer is a string of letters.
