I discovered this sweet, almost secret park last year when I went to find sproutter's cache, GCBAY52. It's so hidden that I missed the small sign the first time I went. I decided to host an event here so others would get to know about this park. There are no amenities (no picnic tables, no restrooms, no cover in case of rain) but there is plenty of parking.
To get there, head south on College St SE, cross Lacey Blvd SE, and on the right, see a small driveway-looking street with a small brown sign saying Brooks Park. Drive to the end where there is a large parking lot on the other side of the solid fence.
