The final event of the weekend will be a cleanup of the Bundaleer Forest Campground and Bundaleer Forest Reserve. These include Tennis Courts, Hall, Campground, Car Park and Conservators Hut and nearby Function centre, Playground and BBQ area.

The Function Centre known as The Maple & Pine, was built by the community and opened in 2021, when the govenment was planning to sell off the area.
A group of volunteers called the Bundaleer Forest Community Areas Association (BFCAA) formed to manage the community project. Hire of Maple & Pine generates income and provides ongoing funding to maintain and preserve the historial buildings, walking trails, picnic area and recreational area.
