St Peter's Church in East Carlton is special. It holds a very special hero. You will meet him on your travels.
is a historic, Grade II-listed Church of England parish church. Rebuilt in 1788, it features notable Gothic architecture and serves the local community.
The current structure was rebuilt in 1788 by architect John Wing, though it retains a rich medieval heritage. It features striking limestone and ironstone ashlar, as well as a memorial to Sir Geoffrey Palmer (dated 1670).
