The Event is scheduled to be held on Sunday July 19 at 11:15 AM which gives the building 15 minutes to open up.
The event location is well known to many geocachers as we have met ther on several previous occassions. Summer is in full swing, and there are geocaches in this area for the finding hoping for good weather. The event is short, indoors and safe from bad weather. Parking is plentiful. And nutrition is available.
The location is sthe Sundance Centre, it serves food. Bring and encourage new geocachers to come, bring something you want to dispose of to contribute to the prize ending. Bring your TB's for discovery or trading. I will have two TB's that are very large and heavy for discovery. I am holding on to them for some foreign travel later on.
