Construite entre 1832 et 1842, l'église Saint-Gervais-et-Saint-Protais est un édifice de style néoclassique dédié aux saints Gervais et Protais, deux martyrs chrétiens du Ier siècle. Elle abrite un orgue datant de 1867 et a bénéficié de plusieurs restaurations. Inscrite aux Monuments historiques depuis 1993, elle constitue un élément majeur du patrimoine de Castanet-Tolosan.
