The Sungod Rain Garden is one of a growing collection in Delta. Our family adopted this one shortly after moving to the area and although we regularly maintain it, it occassionally needs some extra attention to beat back the weeds, invasives, and litter.
This is the origianl Sungod Rain Garden. There's another recently added on the other side of the complex. We can walk over and admire this for a post-CITO event. The tidy-up event for that one will have been scheduled the week prior - July 21, 2026.
Come join us with the Cougar Creek Streamkeepers for a variety of gardening tasks, the ubiquitous litter pick up, and good company. If you have gloves, clippers, and grabbers, please bring them. Limited supplies will be available.
While here, complete a stage for the Adventure Lab "Rain Garden Roam" by 1in7. Sungod is one of the locations. There's also one cache in this park - if it doesn't get muggled anytime soon.
