Feel free to place a collar at the bridge in memory of your pet. The 2024 and 2025 collars are still in place as seems fitting on a memorial. If you placed a collar in the past please feel free to place a new one in 2026.
NOTE: The bridge and bench will be removed a week or two after bash per request of the fairboard.
In 2022 this bash-cache was a memorial to Sophie the Maltese, who passed unexpectedly shortly before the 2022 MWGB and remains forever in our hearts and forever on our team.
In 2023 this cache memorialized the loss of Gus the Ratchi, who was directly responsible for Zoe the Maltese joining our family, followed quickly by Daisy and the formation of Team Maltese.He was small in size but huge in heart. He was a friend to all he met, and is fondly remembered by his family and his many friends.
In 2026 we mourn the loss of our founding member Daisy Mae. She joined us as a tiny puppy in 2009 with a huge heart and equally huge personality, and along with Zoe prompted the formation of Team Maltese in 2010.
