For those of you not already familiar with the concept, what3words.com is a website/app that has mapped every part of the earth's surface in 9m2 (i.e. 3-by-3 meter) squares, and assigned each square a series of three words separated by periods. This is meant to be a convenient way to share accurate locations for places that do not otherwise have a precise address, like parks, trails . . or geocaches!
Locations that have more than a 9m2:footprint or that fall near the edge of a square can be referenced by more than one what3words value. For example, if you were arranging to meet up with someone you could identify the spot as traded.revisit.examiner or defend.secretly.prompts, which is more concise than "the lamp-post on the south side of the south foot of the CN Tower in downtown Toronto". (If you look both of those up on the what3words site, it will be good practice for solving the puzzle below, but neither of them have any relevance to solving the puzzle.)
For geocaching puzzles involving this method of identifying a location, the required words are usually bolded, italicized or otherwise set apart from the rest of the text.
Building on that approach, here is the puzzle to be solved:

The good news is that for either the set of three bolded words in that sentence or the three italicized words, one of the sets will lead to the posted coordinates; the bad news is the words in the remaining set are just synonyms for the required words to map to the final coordinates, and your task will be to figure out the cache location from that information.
The text colours are just intended to help distinguish the two sets of key words; I have recently been chastised for having unintentional red herrings in some of my puzzles and wanted to make sure that was not the case here. (Note that I said "unintentional.
