National IPA Day 2026 is on Thursday, August 6. The holiday is celebrated annually on the first Thursday of August to toast the bold, hop-forward craft beer style. I was asked to host this event on the actual day instead of the every other year day! 😂 Who am I to turn down an opportunity to drink a beer? (Let alone an IPA!)
Iron & Glass Taproom has 12 beers on tap, plus a selection of cocktails! If none of them "whet you palate," they have numerous selections on their shelves (that they can blast chill onsite) and a few coolers with options. If you are a non drinker, Iron & Glass Taproom has non-alcoholic beverage options, so all can celebrate IPA Day. A variety of board games, a few pinball games, and a dart board are available as well, if you get bored of the conversations.
This is a BYOF (Bring Your Own Food) establishment. You can bring in food or have it delivered. Also, there is a decent Mexican restaurant next door if that interests you.
