It all started when Fiona (FM1906), Helen (dibby3) and I attended a lunch event back in November 2022 and signed all logs on caches we found that day as Ladies What Lunch. The extra D has been added to ensure we can be inclusive of all cachers. We hoped it might lead to a successful series of monthly events - I think we've achieved that. As Helen is, for now, not caching, we've enjoyed visiting places chosen by our guest hosts once every 3 months. Please feel free to volunteer (again).
So this one is chez-moi. Bring your own picnic lunch and I'll provide tea, coffee and soft drinks (I've a sodasteam so lemonade, orangeade or cola).
If weather is nice we can sit outside. I can seat up to 16 outside so no need to bring a chair unless we get loads of 'will attends'.
If weather is not so nice we can sit inside.
It would be VERY HELPFUL to know who is coming please, as I'll be packing for going to the Mega. This is the only day in August that both Fiona and I can do, sorry if you will miss it due to PM/Mega awayness.
PARKING: there's space on Longwood Gate during the day for a number of cars, the accepted convention being you park on the side facing downhill (allows the bus through). There's also very limited space on Quarry Court.
There are far fewer steps to the back door and none for the patio bit.
DOGS - are very welcome, but my garden is not secure
