The Magnificent Seven

It truly takes a village to pull off an event like Fall Fest.

Thousands upon thousands of hours go into planning, organizing, coordinating, building, designing, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and somehow convincing everyone that this year's crazy ideas are actually achievable. None of it would happen without The Magnificent Seven.

You might know them as the Chiefs of Shenanigans.

You might know them as "those crazy people who thought planning a Fall Mega in Canada was a good idea."

Or you might not know them at all... but they're ultimately responsible for you standing here today, finding this cache, and (hopefully) having an unforgettable weekend at Fall Fest 2026.

The seven are Ally&Joe, m0m0f5, igator210, Buckeye_360, bigguy14760, Auston2019, and Pasha88.

Pasha88 is the professional instigator—the one responsible for dreaming up wildly ambitious ideas that begin with the words, "Hear me out..." The other six have somehow accepted the role of translating those caffeine-fueled ideas into reality. They build impossible things, solve impossible problems, and somehow continue answering the phone when Amanda calls with "just one more idea."

Together, they're a lot like the original Magnificent Seven: each brings a different set of skills to the table. Some build. Some organize. Some negotiate. Some fix what everyone else accidentally broke. Some keep everyone fed. Some keep everyone calm. And collectively... they somehow manage to keep Pasha88 pointed in approximately the right direction.

Truth be told, wrangling hundreds of volunteers, thousands of attendees, dozens of vendors, and hundreds of geocaches is the easy part.

Managing Amanda? That's the real full-time job.

This cache itself has a story, too.

It was generously donated by the incredible TeamPhoenix421, whose creative gadget caches have become legendary at Midwest Geobash. We were honoured to give this cache a little TLC, bring it north to Canada, and let it continue creating smiles long after the Bash came to an end.

Take a peek inside this tiny frontier town and you'll find seven familiar faces. They represent the seven members of the Fall Fest 2026 organizing committee—the slightly sleep-deprived, heavily caffeinated group responsible for turning a collection of ridiculous ideas into Canada's biggest weekend of geocaching.

Like any good western town, everyone has a job. Someone's wrangling volunteers. Someone's chasing sponsors. Someone's moving tables for the fifth time because "it'll look better over there." Someone's answering emails. Someone's solving problems nobody saw coming. And at least one person is wondering whose idea all of this was in the first place... while simultaneously wondering if it's too early in the morning for ice cream.

The cache is located at the posted coordinates. Take a few moments to enjoy the miniature village before signing the logbook. There are lots of little details tucked away throughout the display, so don't be afraid to spend a minute or two looking around.

Please remember that this is a display cache. Admire it with your eyes, not your hands. The buildings, figures, and scenery have all been carefully arranged, and we'd love for every cacher to experience it just as you did. Please don't leave Travel Bugs or large pieces of swag that could damage the display or prevent the cache from closing properly.
