complete an entire Fizzy only on Mondays.

The specific year or specific month found doesn't matter.

Only the DOTW.

The finds can be in the past or the future and they can be accumulated over a number of years. You also need to find the cache and sign the logbook before you can claim a find. Even if you haven't completed this challenge you may look for this cache and sign the logbook and write a note that you signed it, HOWEVER you CANNOT log a find until you complete the challenge as well.
