How to Play
Create words using letters around the square
- Connect letters to spell words - words must be at least 3 letters long
- Consecutive letters cannot be from the same edge of the box
- The last letter of a word becomes the first letter of the next word eg. THY > YES > SINCE
- Words cannot be proper nouns or hyphenated
- Use all letters to solve!
Once play is completed, the solution-box shows all of the letter-connections for the words, with the final letter remaining highlighted. Repeated connections between letters will show thicker lines (eg: THERE will have a double-thick line connecting R-E).
Given that, can you retrace my steps, and back out my solutions to the puzzles below?
Puzzle #1 (Example puzzle). Solved in 3 words (4, 4, 7 letters), starts on the Z (note only one line leaving this node) and ends on the highlighted Y
After some analysis, you should be able to figure out that the solution is ZING GOES SQUIRMY.
Entering that into the checker will give you partial coords. Got it? This first checker is good for Puzzles 1-5.
Don't worry about the red number on the counter - it is an artifact (limitation of Certitude). If your answer is correct, you will get a HINT, and the HINT will give you coordinate info (some x's, and some digits for the final coords, eg: "Hint: N xx xx.xxx W 1xx xx.xxx").
