This cache is part of a series of caches called "Birds of the Bay". There are many different species of bird that inhabit these coastal waters and mudflats, and you will find information about each species along the Foreshore Bird Walk footpath from Norman Point to Crab Creek. The track is concrete, relatively flat, and wide enough for wheelchir or scooter access. When the sun is shinning in the bay, it is a very popular track with many visitors and regulars taking advantage of the beautiful surroundings and views of the bay, so some stealth will be required. I have caches along this birdwalk so families and/or those with limited mobility can enjoy and learn about the birdlife in this area. The cache need to placed back in its orginal spot as to avoid detection from sightseers and muggles. Also important to bring you own writing stick as this cache does not hold one.
