Congratulations Geocacher - you have just stumbled on a very easy and unique mystery two stage field puzzle geocache. I don't think it should take you but a few minutes to figure out the coordinates for the final. I really think a kid could do it so if you're having trouble, maybe find a kid! Wink! (which explains why no hint is given here.)
This is NOT your typical hide - When I hid this, I was walking with a brace on my leg and a cane so I'm rating this for me to get there... for you to get there... it may be much easier for you, unless of course you too are wearing a brace and walking with a cane just like I am. I thought people would appreciate the easily obtained DT (grins)
At this first stage you'll find a clue that you'll need to figure out to find the final and claim the prize. You will need a phone or Internet or cell service or something in order to Translate the clue into your final coordinates. There is free Internet at the casino and the Watersmeet Grill Restaurant.
The second stage should reveal itself quickly with a little Geo sense, and Walla!
